Have an issue with your order?  Go ahead and swing on over to our Contact page and send us a note.  We'll get your problem straightened out right away.  


We want you to love your purchase.  If you aren't satisfied with it, send it back and we'll get you your money back as soon as possible.  We accept returns for credit or refunds (excluding shipping and processing charges) as long as the returned product is not damaged.  For full refunds, please send your item back within 90 days of purchase.


Bought the wrong size?  Changed your mind and decided you'd rather have a different style?  No problemo.  We accept exchanges as long as the item is not damaged.  Oh, and we don't charge shipping on shipments for exchanged items.  So don't worry if you're not sure about your size; we'll take care of you.  Items must be sent back within 90 days of purchase.


As a rule of thumb, your belt size should be 2 inches larger than your pant size.  You can see our sizing guide here.

When will you have more styles?

We anticipate adding more styles and products to our inventory within the next year.  Be sure to join our mailing list here to get updates on new products as well as sale information!

Why aren’t you on Shopify or Amazon?

In order to offer the lowest price, we prefer to sell direct to our consumers, rather than going through a middleman.

What are they made out of?

Our belts are made out of high-quality leather and pearl cotton.

Who designed them?

We did!

Can we get different color leather?

We strive to match our designs with the leather that best accents the colors involved.  Currently, each belt is only available with one color of leather.  If you would like a different pairing, send us a message, and we will try to accommodate you.

Can I send a belt as a gift with a personalized note?

Yes!  After selecting your item and size there is an option to add a message prior to check-out.  Just leave your message there, and we will deliver it with the belt to your recipient.
